From close-up magic to hilarious stand-up comedy magic, magician Doug Anderson
has been 'wowing' audiences for a quarter of a century. With over 10,000
performances before over three million people at trade shows, hospitality
suites, churches, amusement parks and on cruise ships, Anderson has the

In 1973
Doug got bitten by the 'magic bug' while watching a television show called The
Magician. His father took him to a magic shop in Dallas, Texas and bought the
13-year-old Anderson his first several tricks. Attention to detail and practice
led to his first paying job at Six Flags Over Texas amusement park.
There
Doug's talent for entertaining was recognized by a local show producer that gave
him the opportunity to hone his skills at several theme parks throughout the
United States. It was during these formative years he developed his keen sense
of humor and quick wit. Several years later Doug was honored to perform at the
famed Magic Castle in Hollywood, California.
Never
resting on past accomplishments, Doug proved himself to his peers at the 1984
Las Vegas Desert Seminar of Magic, hosted by superstars Siegfried and Roy. They
rewarded Doug by naming him one of the top ten magicians and these
accomplishments started Doug on his trade show career. Coca Cola, Verbatim and
McDonalds have utilized Doug's talents. From introducing Diet Coke to the San
Francisco Bay Area to presenting the new marketing plan for the store owners of
Northern California McDonalds, Doug again proved himself an accomplished
professional.
Eventually
the lure of the open sea beckoned Doug and he quickly became the 'old pro' at
entertaining 5-star guests all over the world. After several years of jetting
back and forth to fulfill show dates for his trade show clients and cruise
ships, Doug started concentrating on his preferred role of Trade Show Magician.
He expounds on the virtues of your products at your exhibit booth, entertains
guests at your hospitality suite and provides comic relief during breakout
sessions or after dinner. And he's good at it, too.

and draw special attention to client Chevrolet's new model Trailblazer, they

Doug Anderson now lives in Grove, Oklahoma with
his lovely wife comedienne Patti Beth and son Caleb Paul. They are active
